Inc. of Illinois, will conduct a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors to begin at 6:30 pm on
Tuesday, December 13, 2022. The purpose of the meeting is set forth in the following agenda:

The ASPIRA Board will go into closed session as permitted by provisions of the Illinois Open

employment, or dismissal of an employee or officer, litigation, collective negotiations, and other
exempt items that may come before the Board.
